Built around 1860 as a Stage Coach Hotel, the OB Macaroni Pasta Factory is one of the oldest buildings in Fort Worth still standing. The property was bought and converted to a pasta factory in 1905. From 1905 to 1959 the pasta operation was known as Fort Worth Macaroni Company, but in 1959 the name was changed to O.B. Macaroni, for ‘Our Best Macaroni’. Up until 2015, 4 generations of the original owner later, OB Macaroni, was the oldest pasta factory in the United States and relocated in December of 2015. Our team has been working to breathe life back into this building while embellishing the character that is already so clearly there. We've built a roster of local and passionate tenants that includes Craftwork Coffee Co., Melt Ice Cream, W Durable Goods, and Tex Malt.
